Title: Cravings (G, Fantasy, snake familiar)
Andy & Simon drabbles
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100

Entering the kitchen, Simon found Andy standing at the counter nibbling away at some bacon wrapped tidbit. There were only five more left on the aluminum foil lined baking tray. Andy had a sixth held between fingers and thumb.

“They must be good because it looks like you’ve eaten most of them.” He reached for one and Simon growled something like, ‘make your own, these are mine,” while hovering an arm around the tray.

Trying a plaintive, “sharing?” and when that didn’t work, “please,” resulted in Andy reluctantly allow him … one.

His mouth did something snake familiars shouldn’t; it combusted.

Title: The Boxing of Chocolate (G, Fantasy, series)
Andy & Simon drabbles
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100

The trunk at the end of the bed had just seemed to appear, rounded top with lighter bands and a sturdy looking hasp and lock.

“Simon? Did you order something?” Andy called.

“It’s here already?” was followed by the thunder of Simon’s shoes up the stairs.

“What is it?”

“A trunk.”

“I can see that but what is it?”

“There’s this date that is circled, in red mind you, on the calendar and labeled Andy’s B-day.”

“You bought me a trunk? It’s locked.”

“Well some of the contents are for you. I figured we’d try out the rest together later.”

Title: There May Be Snakes (PG, potty humor, Fantasy)
Andy & Simon drabbles
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100

“Um Simon, we need to go back.”

Simon turned looking at Andy, “Why? We’re almost to our special place,” he waggled his eyebrows.

“If we don’t go back, it’s going to get messy, that’s why.” Teeth bared, “Your prized salsa isn’t staying.”

“Doesn’t an Andy shit in the woods?” Simon asked innocently, ruining it grinning.

“This one will, if we don’t go back. NOW.”

“It’s the country. I’ll keep watch; just go behind that bush, scrape out a hole and squat, cover it up and it’s all good. Known as field expediency.”

“No!”

“Come on.”

“Shit!”

“Need some tissue, love?”

Title: Lover’s Plans (G, m/m, Snake familiar)
Andy & Simon drabbles
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100

Head down scanning the lawn, Andy felt Simon’s arms come around him.

“What are you doing, my Andy?”

“Looking for luck.”

“In the grass?”

“Clovers. 4 leaves.”

“What difference does it make?” Simon kissed Andy’s ear. “You’ve got me. Rub me any time.”

“Um, that’s a rabbit’s foot, Simon,” Andy gave him ‘that look’. “The first leaf represents hope, the second faith, the third is for love and the fourth leaf brings luck to the finder,” he quoted.

“Rubbing a snake familiar is better.”

Andy grinned, “hmmm, I do want to get lucky tonight.”

“Oh you will, definitely you will.”

Title: Afternoon's Delight (PG, m/m, series)
Andy & Simon drabbles
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100

Gathering his courage, Andy pushed open the door and walked, seemingly confidently he hoped, out the back door. ‘So it’s afternoon. The backyard is enclosed. No one can see in.’

‘Maybe I should have slathered on sunscreen,’ he thought adjusting the towel. ‘Maybe not, Simon dislikes slipperiness except in certain places.’ Andy’s face heated, reminded of his current state of dishabille.

The muffled rhythmic thumping of an approaching helicopter grew louder. Andy lost his composure sprinting into the gazebo, his towel clutched strategically.

His outraged, “Simon!” was smothered by laughing kisses, as Simon reached to switch off the CD player.

Title: Price of Progresss (G, fantasy, familiar)
Andy & Simon drabbles
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100

You’re impeding progress.

Don’t care.

You’d eat them anyway. What difference will it make?

A happy mouse is a tastier mouse.

I’m not starting a mouse sanctuary for relocated mice AND a new road is needed.

Those mice have a right to live there. They’ve lived there for generations.

They’re mice.

Species-ist.

I love you and you’re a snake familiar.

Love me, love the mice I could eat. Happy contented mice taste better.

You’ll never ever get a chance to eat them.

Doesn’t matter.

It’s a computer game, Simon. They’re not real mice.

It’s the principle of the thing, Andy.

Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100

As he crept into the Library, Anthony castigated himself. He was a guest and shouldn’t abuse his host’s hospitality. Yet here he was seeking out a specific book he’d overheard his host mentioning to another. His curiosity wouldn’t let him not at least look for the book with its hidden information supposedly secreted inside.

In the scant moonlight he pulled down a heavy tome with the golden lettered title, Positī Obscoenitās. Nothing hid between mull and spine.

“Tsk, tsk,” his host’s voice said in the darkness.

“Indeed.”

“What shall we do with him?”

Lustful chuckles answered.

“We’ll think of something.”

Title: Sex with a Vampire (Fantasy, first time, m/m)
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100

“How much?” came from a dark corner in the alley.

It was really going to happen. Alec mentally cursed Erik for his dare. “Fifty okay?”

“Fifty, huh? You’re new. There’s pain with the pleasure. Still interested?”

“Um … How about seventy-five?”

“You’re cute, so … okay. Seventy-five, it is.“ The vampire’s teeth gleamed in the distant street light.

Alec found himself pants down, facing the wall, being prepared, and with a wet swipe up his neck the inward press of fangs and cock. It hurt wondrously good. More shockingly he found he was the one paid and not the other way around.

Sequel to: You are Invited
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100

While drying off after his shower Jeremy first noticed it. The mirror reflected the tiny pinpoint red spots on his right ass cheek. They didn’t hurt but there was an itch. He rubbed the towel over them, trying to remember and exhaled as the memory returned. There should be another set on his shoulder to one side of his neck where Alejandro had sunk in his teeth. Turning to look he found them and the itch started there too.

Crazy Familiar.

Hands came around him. “You’re mine now.”

Word count: 100

Come to 224 Paradise Street tonight for something to your benefit, read the velum card. It had to be a joke or perhaps the cinema club was getting choosy over which of their members partook of the week’s offering. Still that card and embossed lettering spoke of money being involved and who did that for a joke let alone a money strapped campus club?

8 o’clock

Hmm. What could it hurt.

Well that. He was engaged now if he’d heard correctly. Familiars could be strange. He rolled his eyes at the whimsy of his lover; Alejandro more so than most.

“Nah. But I’m pretty sure it’s been magically enhanced,” Julian replied. “Woah.” In amazement, “Just look at that.”

“Weren’t you supposed to be studying for an exam? And here you are watching YouPorn.” Rylan said. “You’re not going to pass.” He looked more closely, “You know they say you can get with kitten watching vids like this.”

His head turned to talk to his professor, Mark carried on the conversation as they entered the house. The first indication he had of Felic’s presence was the impact. His “Wha…?” was cut off, lips pressed to his with repeated loud smacking kisses. He looked up helplessly at his boss. Who was looking amused and something more. Professor Aldore gaze was fixed somewhere down Mark’s body or the body atop Mark.

“Lover?” was asked of Mark.

Levering Felic up so he could gasp, “Roommate. Heavy, crazy familiar roommate.”

“I can work with crazy. Any good in bed?”

“Hey…” Felic started.

Title: First Impressions (G, Fantasy, Wizard’s World)
Author: charisstoma

The sunlight through the ornate glass ceiling and the greenery in the central atrium should have created a humid atmosphere but it wasn’t, quite. He finger combed his hair, shifting in the chair, nervous because of the interview. Leon’s parents were probably as stuffy as their atrium.

He’d fallen in love with a pure-bred familiar so easily his second year at the academy, but what did he have to offer?
It was taking them a long time to remember him.

A small movement near the base of one of the plants caught Jessie’s eye and a tiny whiskered face peeked out at him.

Warmth spread through Jessie. This must be what Leon had looked like when he was little. Giving a feline trill of encouragement, Jessie pulled out his laser pointer to lure out the tiny hunter. Soon there was scrambling and pouncing taking place in the floor space.

Such effort deserved a reward, Jessie thought, and conjured up a soft red ball slightly larger than the dot. The tiring kitten didn’t even hesitate as the plush toy appeared just as the dot disappeared. It went for the kill, falling on its side; claws anchored, and kicked the stuffings out of the helpless toy.

“Hmm, good parenting skills,” before, “ Minxy, time for a nap. Say thank you to Leon’s friend and then off you go.”

On tiny wobbly legs Minxy dragged his kill over towards Jessie, sat and mewed politely then dragged off the ball to a basket hidden beneath another potted plant.

Standing to greet an older version of Leon, Jessie with originality said, “Sir,” and felt warm arms coming around his waist from behind. “I’d like to ask for Leon’s hand in marriage. I know it seems we’ve only just met but…”

Leon’s father grinned, “Welcome son.”

“Oh, right. Ball gag in the way. Let’s try it this way; one finger for you’re fine, and two if I need to adjust something.
You really should see yourself. Your cock is a gorgeous rose shade of deep luscious pink, as in appreciation and gratitude, sliding towards love’s enchantment.”

Simon’s, “That’s not very nice,” was said at Wayne’s raised middle finger that was subsequently followed by two. Wayne wanted to come now or else.

Title: A New Way of Wrapping Up Crime (G, Paranormal)
Author: charisstoma

Titus shuddered as he viewed the newly organized police squadron. Sure it would undoubtedly lower crime, if only because there’d be ‘accidents’ during apprehension of suspects.

“Where did we acquire the humans for the teams again,” he asked.

“They asked for volunteers,” Sgt. Julius answered. “I was surprised we got this many.”

“Couldn’t they have found smaller,” Titus paused, “representatives for the non-humans.”

“They were only able to convince the larger individuals to join.”
Julius prompted, “Sir, you should address the squad … from down there.”

Below them the orderly line of men with their 5 foot tall arachnid partners waited.
