Title: A New Way of Wrapping Up Crime (G, Paranormal)
Author: charisstoma
Word count: 100
Titus shuddered as he viewed the newly organized police squadron. Sure it would undoubtedly lower crime, if only because there’d be ‘accidents’ during apprehension of suspects.
“Where did we acquire the humans for the teams again,” he asked.
“They asked for volunteers,” Sgt. Julius answered. “I was surprised we got this many.”
“Couldn’t they have found smaller,” Titus paused, “representatives for the non-humans.”
“They were only able to convince the larger individuals to join.”
Julius prompted, “Sir, you should address the squad … from down there.”
Below them the orderly line of men with their 5 foot tall arachnid partners waited.
I waited so long to find a place to write to this prompt. *evil cackles*

Date: 2016-01-27 03:18 am (UTC)I have never been happier to admit I'm an honest, law-abiding citizen.
I am a bit concerned about what "accidents" would happen during apprehension. Especially since the wording seems to indicate the 'accidents' happening to the criminals.
I have a feeling that my normal "OMG IT'S A SPIDER" reactions of throwing a shoe at it would work with 5 feet tall arachnids.

Date: 2016-01-27 03:48 pm (UTC)Might be interesting for them to meet a couple of the teams... maybe at a burglary incident in the dark of night or at a protest demonstration. Don't know what the protest would be about though.
