Or you can't fall asleep or keep your mind on work because your still in the book world (even if you put the book down at a decent time). I did that the other day and figured out who the murderer and then just had to listen to my audio book during my 10 minute break to see if I was right. (I was.)

You are so principled and didn't skip to read the end.
I work in a library. It's good for students to have an adult role model who reads A LOT. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. Sure the poor dears get snarled at and worse is when the ask for a suggestion of a good book and it happens to be one I'm reading from the school's library. They laugh when they see me reluctantly give it over. Library person = Book pusher.
