Baked Apple Pie Dip

This easy Baked Apple Pie Dip is made with fresh apples, cream cheese, brown sugar and spices! Topped with a pecan-graham cracker streusel, it’s perfect for a party, after-school snack or easy dessert.

Ingredients

Pecan-Graham Streusel

2 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp apple pie spice
2 tbsp cold butter, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp HONEY MAID Grahams crumbs
2 tbsp chopped pecans

Dip
8 oz light cream cheese softened
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp apple pie spice
1 1/4 cups chopped apples divided

Dippers
fresh apple slices
32 HONEY MAID Grahams broken into quarters

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray a small, shallow baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Pecan-Graham Streusel
Combine flour, sugars, and apple pie spice in a medium bowl.
Cut in butter.
Stir in graham cracker crumbs and chopped pecans. Refrigerate streusel until you are ready for it.

Dip
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and apple pie spice into smooth and creamy.
Stir in 3/4 cup chopped apples.
Spread the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared dish.
Sprinkle remaining apples on top.
Top with streusel mixture.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with graham crackers and apple slices.

Pepperoni Pizza Bites.

2 T shredded mozzarella
3 slices pepperoni chopped
2t spagetti or pizza sauce
6 Ritz crackers

Heat oven 350 degrees (hmmmm microwave?)
Arrange crackers in circular pattern with sides touching on a foil covered baking sheet to resemble a pizza crust.
Top with cheese and pepperoni
Bake 3 minutes over until cheese melts.
Drizzle with sauce.

Pepperoni and Cheese Crescents

Ingredients
(8-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
24 slices (about 5 oz.) pepperoni
2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup tomato pasta or pizza sauce, heated

Steps
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Separate dough into 8 triangles; pat out each triangle slightly.

2. Place 3 slices pepperoni, slightly overlapping, on center of each triangle. Top each with about 1 tablespoon cheese.

3. Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point. Place rolls, point side down, on ungreased cookie sheet.

4. Bake at 375°F. for 10 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm crescents with warm pasta sauce for dipping.
