CLASSIC COFFEE SYRUP

2 cups sugar
2 cups strong brewed Folgers Classic Roast® Coffee

STIR sugar and coffee in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 2 cups. Cool to room temperature.

TRANSFER syrup to tightly covered storage container. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Use to flavor hot and cold beverages or as a dessert topping.

To make strong brewed coffee brew 1/2 cup Folgers Classic Roast® Coffee using 3 3/4 cups water.

No-Bake Energy Bites

1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup uncooked oats
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup nut or seed butter
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon Coffee Flour

In a food processor or blender, combine the coconut flakes, oats, and flax seeds. Pulse until crushed into a chunky powder. Mix with nut or seed butter, honey, cinnamon, and coffee flour. Once thoroughly combined, roll into small balls. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon, if desired. Store in refrigerator.
