Oh this is cool, thank you for posting it - I've emailed it to myself at work so I can use it in my groups! (One of the things we do is try and teach people how to name/identify their emotions - this will be a useful addition to the lists and cards I already have. I'll make it into a poster for the wall).

Anything that might help one of my men identify what they're feeling and then not respond by punching something is awesome. My current group is quite good at describing their emotions . . . but many have only two settings - GOOD and SO ANGRY I'M GOING TO PUNCH SOMETHING.

(Although, overall, considering the stereotypes about the type of people I work with I have been very impressed and privileged to work with my current lot. They do some bad things, but they are still amazing individuals).
