Rumor has it that the video was dubbed over. The incident did happen but the fact she's freaking out over McNuggets was faked.

I don't know. She did a good impersonation of a DragonBall Z Saiyan Warrior with her arms out to the sides stiff posture and then there's the breaking the window and was that her blood from hitting the window in splots on the outside?
Even without the sound or subtitles, she was pretty freaky.
