Americans like to do things a little bit bigger and better and this cop from Austin, Texas took it a little bit too far when he decided it was a good idea to taser someone’s penis.

After trying and failing to chase after the naked man, the officer resorted to the only thing he had left to take the perp down – his taser – and aimed it at his penis. And tasered it. Hard.

Is it against the law to be naked there?

It isn't here, as long as the nakedness isn't sexual (so no touching oneself, gesturing suggestively, etc.). The cops did pull a naked bicyclist over and make sure she was all right, but they let her go without even a warning. Then went back and told the construction workers that had called it in that she was doing nothing wrong.

It's legal to be naked in Texas; in the shower, in your bedroom, in your backyard if the fence is high enough and none of the neighbors have windows higher than the fence to see in. You can't be naked on a city street or where you may offend the sensibilities of the people around you. It's a can't see, can't tell kind of law.
