Fog - Dec.-9-2014-shot-of-downtown-Dallas

And what is this, you ask. Looks a bit like tombstones sticking up from snowy ground or awash in a frothy tide of waves. Close.
No peeking before reading the whimsy.

That is thick fog that you're seeing or, you know, low lying heavy clouds seen from above.
In the sea of clouds, you can see the top of Reunion Tower a bit lower to the right. There’s the wedge-topped Fountain Place in the lower center of the downtown cluster. Off to the left by itself is Cityplace, we believe.

Closer would be a city buried in a glacier moving inexorably to the south. It's going to be cold down here in the DFW area. Not as cold as in the more northern climes but pretty OMG it's cold out there. We at least will be in double digits which some are not and we might be out of the freezing temperatures for a bit tomorrow um around 4 pm.

It was very thick on the 9th. Heavy cloud cover seen from above looks like this too though. Think Dallas has more high buildings and towers that stick up out of the clouds. It's a bit freaky driving in it and having the buildings pop out at you when you get close enough.
