Nix has knives? I am not eating Vinny. He is family though not closely related, thank you God. Have images of Nix as s sushi chef. This is not a good image in conjuction with Vinny.
Nix doesn't leave the house without her smith and wesson carbon steel blade and her gerber bootknife. Don't worry. They aren't cooking knives. I think she's scared of Vinny.
I've got a hmm think its a Smith .38. Need to take it out and see if it needs cleaning, it's been so long. Police station is just around the corner but I didn't know that when we moved.
The ex-es family lives and breathes guns. Before he moved us here I asked him to get me a revolver since I wouldn't have access to his arsenal for protection. I'll shoot Vinny and Nix can make him leetle pieces to dispose of he body. No one will know.

Guns...totally scared of guns. Why would you need one for protection? Was your ex like part of the mafia or something? If Nix would have cut the guy at the bar our master would have turned her black and blue and she may have gone to jail. We would like to keep her as far away from a place like that as possible. She says she would never draw on someone unless she thought they were going to kill her or its an agreed on challenge/fighting circle. Whatever that is. It sounds like something our master would veto instantly.
When we lived near Duluth it was country living. Sometimes the cops wouldn't show up right away, so I was told. They did a lot of hunting and his brother is a state cop. *shrugs* You become self-reliant.
One place we stayed over night just outside S.F. had no locks on the cabin door. Drunken man came to serenade us. It was unnerving to have the gun under the pillow but wasn't scared. They're a tool like a car. You just use them responsibly.
Yes, Nix safe with at least one of you. Would pet the Master but .. no. um Challenge/fighting circle? That's more vicious than a gun blowing a tidy hole in someone far away. Actually I think it's a Smith and Wesson .357 .38 has too much punch for me to control. It's been a long time since I've looked at it. Kind of like a security blanket at this point.
He's going to get here right around midnight. I've stopped looking at the little counter because its driving me nuts. I can see where it might be good to have one out in the country. NIx believes if you are going to hurt someone then you should have to get up close and personal to do it. If you can't do that then you don't have what it takes to hurt someone. She thinks shooting someone is cowardice. Remember when I said she has seen way too much of the darker sides of life?
