The light was bad but sometimes that was a good thing if you’re looking for very temporary company in a bar with an alley accessible near the restrooms. Brian had visited those alleyway accommodations before, they weren’t bad. The establishment must clean them up and hose them down on a regular basis. It was good for business and the restrooms more available for normal usage, if you could call that normal in a gay bar.
Hearing, “Hello there sweet delicious thing,” slowly pulled Brian around to assess his possible date. Yeah, it was almost cliché. His date was a vampire.
