Title: DDoS or you thought the internet was slow today?
The keyboard looked at the monitor and shrugged, ‘it was not his fault.’ The monitor, looking totally unimpressed, continued to show one of two options; ERROR 550 or the generic Explorer was unable to connect; non-committally.
Okay, so Live Journal was probably under attack yet again. It was getting old and the tower suggested the author try composing the story, save and post later.
The author carefully arranged a finger in the face of the monitor to pass on to the tower and then opened a Word program to do just that. Carefully preserving his impassive face in the background, the monitor refused to explain that he didn’t pass on messages. He had a good job/life and he didn’t want to lose it. Authors could be so out of touch with reality sometimes and attribute powers of which internet capable machines did not in fact possess.
