• 1 Print Layer Cake (10" Quilt Squares)
• 1 Solids Layer Cake (10" Quilt Squares)
• ¾ yd. Inner Border Fabric by the Yard
• 1¾ yds. Outer Border Fabric by the Yard
• ¾ yd. for Quilt Binding
• 8½ yds. for Quilt Backing (vertical seams) or 3 yds of 108" wide

CLASSIC COFFEE SYRUP

2 cups sugar
2 cups strong brewed Folgers Classic Roast® Coffee

STIR sugar and coffee in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until mixture is reduced to 2 cups. Cool to room temperature.

TRANSFER syrup to tightly covered storage container. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month. Use to flavor hot and cold beverages or as a dessert topping.

To make strong brewed coffee brew 1/2 cup Folgers Classic Roast® Coffee using 3 3/4 cups water.

Our challenge in creating a recipe for Detroit pizza—a crispy, buttery pizza from the Motor City—was figuring out how to mimic the tender crumb, the mild and melty cheese (which can be found only in Michigan), and the vibrant tomato sauce that covers the pizza. To start, the stand mixer did most of the kneading for us. We topped the pizza with handfuls of Monterey Jack cheese, and a combination of dried herbs, sugar, and canned crushed tomatoes gave our sauce authentic flavor and texture.
