The night of Halloween and all through the shop,
All the djinn were gathered round the large screen tv, plop.
The pile of zombie movies leaned off to the side,
Waiting their turn to be shown in format screen wide.
A big bowl of popcorn was set in the middle,
And djinn were seated arranged from the larger to the little.
The night wore on and the movie stack was ravaged,
As well as the nerves as the action on screen turned savage..again.
When off in a dark corner there arose such a din,
That all of the djinn were piled in one bin.
Not funny they cried,
As Dick holding a pot and spoon came into sight,
Not funny at all, as they shivered in that bin through the rest of the night.
Dick turned off the DVD player and put away the last disk.
Turning off the television and then the lights with a twist.
After extracting one special djinn from the pile,
he cackled evilly as he walked over the tile,
off into his bedroom to seek out some rest,
after the lustful exercise he sought that Kain gave of the best.
The groaning and thumping that from beyond drapery resulted,
Left those left in the bin feeling fearfully yet quietly insulted,
For zombies could still be out there waiting for them,
They‘d wait ‘til the morning after ending their prayers with amen.
