Taco Stuffed Peppers

3+ Peppers - Cut off tops and clean them out. Bake 20 min at 350*
Brown and add in order:
#1 ground beef
1 pkg Taco seasoning
1 onion, chopped
1 can black beans
1 C rice, cooked
1 C corn
1 jar salsa
1 C cheese, shredded
Fill Baked pepper with meat mixture. Bake 15 min 350*
Top with guacamole, sour cream, more shredded cheese.
