Because there are times when I want something sweet fast and there's nothing in the house. No I haven't tried this yet

60 second single serving Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake


What you need
1 Tbs melted butter
1 Tbs white sugar
1 Tbs brown sugar
2 drops vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup flour
Chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients and microwave for 60 seconds. Let cool. Fast and yummy!!

I've tried it :D it's the same as your mug-cookie recipe ;)
If you haven't got choc chip a square of a choc bar in the middle gives it a gooey chocolately centre :D:D

It's a good thing I don't have any sugar in the house or I'd be making that right now. I don't have much of a sweet tooth (thus, no sugar) but I have a total weakness for chocolate chip cookies and dough.

I've done this to myself also, moved temptation away because of lack of ingredients. But this would be so much less easy and less quantity than that that is now sitting on my table in its Keebler packaging.
