For someone who likes to make yo-yos

I could see this done as a valance or hung over a sheer or plain drapery and maybe able to be looped to the sides. Whatever is used to sew the yo-yos together would have to be resilient because those babies are going to tangle and get caught on things. *nods head* Valance, out of harm's way, whoever harm is.

I think ribbons would be better, but if someone wanted to use fabric, why not strips, either of solid colors or some design that would look like a quilt when hanging?

*grins* Pieced strips hung to form a quilt strip curtain. Need to have negative spaces between. That would be kind of neat.
