This came from a site called 24 Quilts. There are some heavy duty quilters there that would spot a fake quilt and call it so.

Most of the little speed tricks would fall by the wayside. I keep trying to figure out the ways they did each separate block. Suppose that the interior outlines could have most easiliestly been done by appliqueing a black fabric/ribbon on the finished blocks.

Don't think I'd want it on my bed. Wall hanging maybe.

I love that blue, but all those different blocks are a bit too much for me.

Maybe the quilter sewed folded bias tape (or some such thing) between the colors, then ironed it the correct way before sewing/quilting it down.
