What's all the space for in that bathroom. Is that where the owner does yoga? With five of us in 1000 sq ft, that's more clear flat space than I have in my apartment, even if you count the top of my bed.

Very peaceful and somehow warm.

Do you think kids would somehow manage to get water down that heating vent whenever they took a bath?

Probably a photo effect that makes it look larger than it is.
I hadn't thought about that with the vent. NOT a good idea to put it there. Think this would be the Master Bath but still just normal sweeping, mopping and such, stuff would get into the vent. We will not discuss marbles or styrofoam peanuts.

Have seen a photo like this before actually and they did have a treadmill and TV set up in it. Am not sure I like the windows that low and near the tub either. Cleaning around it would be a pain.

Think what does it for me is the large glass walled shower.

That's the kind of shower I imagined for Peregrine, Emil, and Kurt: beige stone and glass, but bigger and with a teak floor. Nicer to kneel on.

I wonder what that step up cubical inside the shower is. A seat?

That step up cubical inside the shower is a stupid something. It's another set of corners for water to pool and mold to grow especially if you're going to put your ass there... maybe it's a place to store shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap where it's up off the floor and out of reach of the shower spray, as well as not too far a reach to get at. Place to stick towels... No idea. Doesn't seem like a great idea to have there.

If there hadn't been that, which I did not notice before, I would think the shower was perfect... well if it had a telephone shower head. I like to manually direct the water where I want it. It's better to wash hair in as cold a water as you can stand, per a beautician who cut my hair, and during winter who wants cold water raining down on the rest of their body while shampooing and conditioning. *shudders* Tonight we are in the 20s F and supposed to go into the teens. We are so wusses down here.
