Figured it out. Normally you don't see that much into the thoracic cavity of a chicken or turkey. It's closer to a gynecologic process when stuffing where you stuff you hand in. This turkey looks closer to a cornucopia; which isn't a bad thing if it's a cornucopia but with if it's a turkey then I don't want to see the inside where all its guts have been scooped out.
Exactly - well better worded than I was thinking (aka euww) but that explains it perfectly. I wanted to say cool idea but kept getting the eebeejeebees.
