Dallas Texas has a new tornado shelter.

For those who don't know U.S. football. The team the Dallas Cowboys isn't doing so well this year and a score is called a touchdown which just happens to be what it is called when a tornado touches the ground. And having to explain it kind of kills the joke... but then if you're a Cowboys fan, you aren't laughing all that much.
