When did I miss the start up of the second U.S. 'war between the states'?

The state of Georgia needs guns? Why? Is everybody looking for cash from the Federal Government?

*shakes head* oh. Georgia as in former USSR.

It's late or very very early depending on your perspective so.. this is my mind at work, sort of.
