Also, the bible is totes cool with slavery, and yet, we've managed to figure out that it's not for the human race's best interests.

Ah but depending on where you are in the U.S. in some areas, slavery, though bad in overtly spoken politically correct speech, was good, and 'those people shouldn't oughta expect the same rights'.

They would understand the pork though.
