‘Comfort; smooth sheets, soft pillow, and warm body behind me pressing kisses to my shoulders, teeth grazing over my skin.
Wait. Teeth, body, kisses. What?!’

‘Dream,’ my brain sleepily supplies, relaxing into pleasant indolence. Dreams don’t hurt, only frighten and this isn’t frightening. This, is a large warm body pressed to mine, spreading my legs, ‘ooooh it’s going to be one of those dreams.’

My hand shoots out to kill the rhythmic annoying buzz of my clock, but the damage is done. Ruefully I roll out of bed. I’m awake.

Aching muscles, I catalog and freeze seeing the purpled rosettes.

So the dream lover who leaves evidence doesn't bother you? *grins*
Might not be a dream lover though, maybe it faded to black and he's going to have to kill his lover for leaving such evident evidence.

As to large warm body... I like cuddling while awake as the little spoon but asleep I feel suffocated that way and have to be the big spoon.
Though on bunk beds... I can be the little spoon as long as I'm on the outside. I'm sure there's a deep dark reason for that.

oo, I'm torn - sounds like a really great 'dream', but if it wasn't a dream, was it consensual? And if it wasn't a dream, who is the mystery, or was that lover created out of 'dream stuff'? Colour me intrigued!
