charisstomaToday I noticed a bill for the car insurance. Since I needed to contact them I grabbed it to call from work and then I looked at the due date..... EEEEEK it was due on the 29th. Looked at insurance bill which I had in bill pile with due date of 7th. They must have resent the bill. Got to work and tried to pull up account on line to pay *real* quick, of course I hadn't brought the information for the password but thought I knew it. Tried and it didn't work *explicative deleted*. 'K I'll call, its a toll free number. Then I happened to look at the cars listed, hmmm a Dodge and a Chevy.....I don't have a Dodge or a Chevy. Looked at name on bill...... Its the ex's bill. Left while he was visiting for the kids' birthdays. darn.
Then 2 weeks ago, Monday, I had called in a renewal for the son's prescription, which is a controlled substance and needs to be filled in one week and has to be hand delivered to parmacy. It is 2 bottles with different dosages. Got to doctors and picked up prescription on Friday and took to Walmart. I got home, there was only one bottle in the bag. Called Walmart, and was told that I had only handed in one prescription. grrrrr It was late and doctors office was closed and though there is a clinic on the weekend they don't do the prescriptions for the controlled substances. Called and explained the mix up on Monday, 29th. They told me that I needed to let them know that there was 2 bottles to the prescription when I call it in ???!!!! I have never had to do this in the year the son has been taking this medicine. OoooooK. Busy week, so today one week later, I have to get the prescription filled today or they have to reissue it. Look at date on prescription..... April 28th!!@!!!! Called doctors, explain and am told that I need to call back tomorrow cause it is the night clinic now and they don't do controlled substances. Am I feeling frustrated?
