Dearest Meep,
We are glad you seemed to enjoy the event that we planned for you. Did you really think we would not expect you to be aware of our supposed plans so elegantly revealed on this site? Not this time perhaps but we will get to you at an undisclosed time in the future, many,many times.
In the mean while could you please throw some cold water on George and Ryder so they will come back to their rightful place. On thoughtful consideration; the various committee members have spoken; keep them. We hate to miss out on viewing (and when he loses interest in George) Ryder’s considerable talents but some sacrifice must evidently be made. If you have time, and monetary compensation is being offered, recording of these two at their activities would be appreciated. We will discuss royalties on receipt of that DVD submission.
We also request the return of Kitty. He should be somewhere around there. Look for a cat of grey and white fur. Thank you.

Re: The B-day Event
I realize now that we lacked some essential committees.
There should have been a committee that ensured that everyone paid attention to what was going on WITHOUT losing aim at the target and becoming involved in that activity to the exclusion of our purpose in this event. Even the designated Biters, who I am sure Committee Seven thoroughly interviewed and chose the best, were distracted from their purpose. Perhaps, as there were so many plunnies acting under the effects of all those pheromones, this should have been anticipated.
Follow-up Committee. Retroactively I am asking for volunteers in the organization of this committee. Was there aphrodisiac in that lube? At what a level? Were the Biters given access to this aphrodisiac lubricant?
How could performance not be impaired and still have allowed the participants to *coughs* perform up to and beyond their normal levels?
In short, where did we go wrong and how can we improve ‘our performance’ next time?
Committee five: Participants/Extras should continue with their duty of archival record reproduction. There will hopefully be future material provided by the Resister of which to make copies.
There should also be a committee formed to arrange sales and distribution of these DVDs. This is too much work for Committee five: Participants/Extras to take on in addition to their archival recording and reproduction duties. Perhaps we should add Production to Committee five’s title. A separate committee should be formed for management of the funding that will result. I will leave it to the next large meeting as to there being a committee formed for advertisement or if word of mouth/notice on Live Journal is adequate enough. This last committee might also expand into arranging ‘viewing nights’ where the product can be watched and DVD’s sold after.

Committee five: Participants/Extras/Production
Committee eight: Maintenance
Committee nine: Follow-up
Committee ten: Finance
Committee eleven: Advertising
Do we want to organize a repeat of this type of event in the future?
I know that I had fun. Yes, I did sacrifice a few virgins, something I believe I’ve been accused of doing anyway though not to my face. If there is a general consensus then there perhaps should also be a committee that organizes these events, perhaps Committee eleven: Advertising can add this to their growing list or Committee twelve: Viewing promotion and organization be formed to work in conjunction with Committee eleven: Advertising.
I leave this all up to decision at the next meeting on May’s March Hare Day.
