4 eggs whisk to incorporate air
200 ml whole milk whisk
200 g plain flour sieve in and whisk
pinch salt whisk
batter should just coat the back of a spoon
Pour into measuring cup
in a 12 cups muffin tin
add oil to cups - pour 1 cm into the 3 end cups, tilt muffin tin so oil distributes(pours) to bottom cups
preheat oven 190 C
heat oiled muffin tin 15 min - place on baking sheet for more stability
pour batter into each tin, use spoon so there's no drips between cups as it will prevent batter to rise well
fill cups close to top each cup
bake 20 - 25 min until golden
