I am not a Spanish speaker/reader but I've picked up just enough to be dangerous.

Caldo de Albondigas Con Fideos

Ingredients
200 g de fido (small short stick type noodles)
Cilantro picado
2 liters water

Meat -- combine these make into large meatballs, cover and keep in the refrigerator
1 kilo ground beef
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t cumin
1 tallo (sprig) cilantro picado
salt to taste

Broth
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion halved and sliced
4 large firm tomatoes (*giggles* bien maderos = like a log)
1 t Knorr consume for seasoning (optional)
salt to taste

Directions
Saute(acitronada) the onion and garlic, add tomatoes and cook until softened (blandita).
Liquify/blend and add Knorr consume then put in the casserole/Dutch oven, add water, stir, and cook until it starts to boil.

When it's boiling add the meatballs one by one. Cook 30 min. IMPORTANT: add when the both is boiling so the meatballs won't fall apart.

While (Mientras) the meatballs cook, brown the fido (noodles) separately and add to broth after the meatballs are done. Leave them for 10 min. more.

Turn off heat and leave 5 min. Add cilantro picado.
Serve.
