As the messengers disappear, you are left with a nervous feeling deep in the pit of your stomach. However, the festivities continue for the day. When the excitement dies down, the angels and demons all thank you for a wonderful time, and vanish in a field of smoke, fire, and light. Days pass, and you see no sign of either race. You find yourself in the kitchen making sandwiches, hoping someone will stop by. No one does. You decide that you will try a very desperate measure, and begin drawing in ketchup. Suddenly, a flaring noise and a flash of orange light appear above your stove. It is the demon you served the first sandwich. He tells you that God and Lucifer have both made it illegal for demons and angels to appear in your house, or anywhere in the mortal realm. They couldn't bear to put aside their anger towards each other for one day. Now neither side can be happy. With a forlorn look upon his face, he declines the offer and vanishes in a plume of fire. Thqt is the last time you see either side. As the years go on, you forget about the incident, perhaps it was part of a dream. However, neither the demons, nor the angels, had forgotten about you.
