If, instead of rebooting movies, it became a trend to retell them from a different characters perspective, what film would you want to see retold and from who’s point of view?

It was an interesting writing prompt for me actually. If you want to use it or play too, that's fine.
I might not use it but just in case....it's stashed here where it can be more easily found.
And I like to credit where I found things, if I can.

Thank you! My question sounded more brusque than I meant.

You may not recall it, but I always thought that both the 1967 book and the 1976 film adaptation of Logan's Run could be told as “Jessica's Run”, because it was, after all, and she had a past also, and her story might be interesting.

Never read the book for Logan's Run. Did watch the movie and was surprised when we visited the local water park which is where a scene was filmed for it, the one where they swam down thru the water feature to escape the city and met the 'old man'.

Andromeda Strain from the POV of a vulture. It would be short obviously and trying to get into the mind of a bird would take skill because there'd be a need to not anthropomorphize the animal.

It was quiet. Only the wind moving. Wind that brought the faint smell of death and lift to soar in circular patterns to locate the dead thing.

A black bird swooped down to a prone body and he followed, one of several landing to beginning the fight for meat and their own swift death.

It was certainly an adaptation, to the point of being a different story.  Mention of a remake has rumbled in the distance for lo these many years.  If they did the book, it might not fly today; it was the product of its time.  If they remade the movie, I'd like to see it still looking very 1970s, but not suburban shopping mall, rather New York City.  That it was all breaking down was a central concept in the book; they ought to see “Outside” as unspoiled, as preferable to

        … the potholed streets and broken sidewalks; the graffiti smeared everywhere, as if punks had defaced the whole city; the dirt and litter; the shabby, ill-tended buildings; the thugs and bums; the rumpled, stoop-shouldered, careworn pedestrians, even on Fifth Avenue…

It would be interesting to see that done well.
