NOTE: When Jenny says to cut the strip sets at 4.5" she actually means to cut it at 5". OR cut whatever the length to equal the width of the 2 strips. The outer border will be the same as the width of the sewn 2 strip sets.
2 basic blocks to make this:
A - 28 Blocks == (4 Four patches)
B - 28 Blocks == 2 (Four patches) + 2 large background fabric squares
56 blocks total

Row 3 - 4 A, 3 B
