Ideally there'd be some rosemary bushes around it and when it rained the smell would be lovely.Thyme and Basil would be good too.

I think that this is a farmhouse from a link I found when I googled the photo.
They had how the interior has been decorated and the fabrics they used.

It is cute. I'd want an air conditioner/heater to go with this
One person who originally posted this though, was thinking that she'd use it as an office for her writing with electricity but no plumbing.

But it has no people-level windows (that I can see). It would be like sitting in a cave.

It might be a folly, "an often extravagant picturesque building erected to suit a fanciful taste", and not really used for anything but it's beauty. I don't see any paths to the door.
