Apple Crisp Smoothie
Refreshing and delicious spiced apple and oat smoothie.
YIELD: SERVES 1-2 TOTAL TIME: UNDER 5 MINUTES
Ingredients:
2C apples, peeled and cored
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp vanilla
3/4C milk
1/2C vanilla yogurt
1/4C old fashioned oats
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Divide among glasses. Serve immediately or chill.
