Bacon-Jalapeno Dip

Bacon-Jalapeno Dip

Mix together

8 oz cream cheese
2 C shredded cheese
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 C milk
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 T bacon drippings
1 t white vinegar
2 jalapenos sliced thin

Spread evenly in baking dish and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 mins.

Oh, the temptation, which I would give in to if not for the sad fact I became lactose intolerant during December. I can only eat melted cheese and then only the first melting (pizza=no problem, warmed over pizza=unpleasant, cold pizza=wracked with pain. Weird)

That's awful. Odd that the state of its melting has different responses from your body. Do the lactaid
pills help at all?
