add a string of led lights in the pail
Person commented that when the temperature fluctuated throughout the day, they would expand or contract, and many of them would break apart and there were balls all over her yard.
Easy fix if you are decorating a large indoor space. Wonder if you put a hole in the ball if that would allow equalization so shrinkage wouldn't occur. Too if the pail is plastic and spray painted silver or gold......

Am leaning towards spray painting plastic pails or something like emptied margarine or cool whip tubs, which my little burg won't recycle, and using them. Color options then can be gold as well as silver.

*grins* other option is large balloons. We've 3 tiered ceilings in the Library. It took almost a month before the balloons I got for my birthday finally came down from the up high and the air vents blew them around up there. Magical.
