Grilled Potatoes

Potatoes – slice ¼” thin
Olive oil
Spices – paprika, or other to your taste
Salt

Put oil, spices, salt in ziplock plastic bag and combine. Add potato slices.
Grill.

I do wedges in the oven never thought to grill though!
oo might do these or dinner/supper now with a fish portion some runner beans and some curry sauce.

Yea! My Librarian gave me one from her lunch because though I'd already eaten my lunch she'd reheated the leftovers that was her lunch. Potatoes are a weakness of mine and I had to ask how they were done... next thing I know there's a grilled potato slice being given to me. It was good.

Might try part-boiling them next time or leaving them a little longer. But good.

Maybe microzap them for a minute before grilling? less time consuming.
