“Hold still,” Brian heard, the sand gritting in his eyes as he was turned and his shirt removed to cushion at the small of his back as he was bent backwards over the sink counter. “Open your legs so I can get between,” was told to him.
“Just make it stop,” Brian whimpered reaching to hold on.
“I’m trying. Hold still.”
A hand came, supporting under his neck, tipping his head side to side as saline rinsed his eye lids.
“Try to open your eyes and I’ll flush them okay? But hold still.”
Relief, as sweet as Sam’s kisses, followed.
