4T Self Rising Flour*
4T Sugar
2T Cocoa powder
Add and stir in well
1 egg
Add and mix
3T Milk
3T oil
1t vanilla
3T chocolate chips
Microwave 3 min. on High (1000 watt oven)
*Self-rising flour is all-purpose flour with baking powder and salt added. To make your own, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
