Baked Jalapeno Poppers
from Melanie Beth
If these are like those I've had before.... I will have no stomach left because the only thing that kept me from eating all of these at staff parties is I had to share and I don't like being stabbed with forks.

25 medium jalapeno peppers
1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese, softened
3 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1 1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
Cut jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds.(plastic gloves are a great idea here) Place peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce; stir well.
Place one heaping teaspoon cheese mixture on each pepper half. Sprinkle with bacon; Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
