We had a 'rescue' cat at our store who took almost 8 months to get adopted out. (she was a bit of a bitch!!) Anyhoo, she would do exactly this! Well, she would actually shove half the toys off the shelf to make more room, and then sleep on top of the furry catnip fish. :D
