Richard stared, mouth open, at the weather event occurring in the bay. Long and sinuous, the coil of air and water sprang forth from the curled dense fluff of cloud to touch the choppy wave strewn surface. Through the spray’s edge at the energetic contact point, the sun’s eye on the horizon watched.
