charisstomaA waterspout in Tampa, FL...basically, these are tornadoes connected to a cumuliform clouds that occur over bodies of water.

When I was in my preteens I read a report of radio transmissions from a ship that disappeared. The ship said there was a dagger from the sky. Now ... that makes sense.
