Ingredients1 pound – pizza dough, whole wheat *
1/2 cup – pizza sauce
1/2 cup – mozzarella cheese, shredded
Toppings
pizza sauce
mozzarella cheese
green bell pepper
pineapple
black olives
mushrooms
onions
pepperoni
veggies
Step 1: Let the dough rise until double in size.
Step 2: Roll out very thin – about 1/4″ thick.
Step 3: Use the circle part on the back of the press to cut out circles.
Step 4: Stretch the circle on top of the press.
Step 5: Use about 1 tsp of pizza sauce on the small circle.
Step 6: Fill with your favorite toppings
Step 7: Press the dough and place on a pizza stone or baking sheet. If you use a baking sheet, spray with cooking spray or a bit of oil first.
Step 8: Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-11 minutes or until golden.

You can serve these with more sauce for dipping, or just by themselves.
To Freeze: Cool completely, and place in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
To Reheat: Remove desired number of pizza bites from the freezer and warm them individually in the microwave for about two minutes or until heated through. To bake, place on a baking sheet in a 350-degree F oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through.

1/2 teaspoon – brown sugar
1 1/2 cup – water
1 teaspoon – salt
2 tablespoon – olive oil
1 2/3 cup – flour, all-purpose
1 2/3 cup – flour, whole wheat
DirectionsDissolve yeast and brown sugar in water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Stir in salt, oil and flour. Knead dough on floured surface just until not sticky. Put in greased bowl and let rise till double (1 hour)
Punch dough down, let sit on pizza pan for a few minutes. Then roll out. Let sit again for 10 minutes
Roll out on pizza pan. Cook at 425 for about 10 minutes. Add desired toppings and return to oven for 10-15 minutes (bottom rack ideal- or close to bottom)
