Fluffy, Peaches (don’t ask , but it might explain the nurse in the neonatal unit being taken away in restraints yesterday) and Tabby held their usual late Sunday meeting when the normal human traffic was light.

“Peach… um Cal,” started Fluffy, “You are going to lose us this gig as therapy cats.”

Washing a paw, Cal answered with a mouth full of one claw, “She deserved it. And now she’s gone. Good riddance.”

“Still, convincing that spider to build a web for 10 days straight at her face level and across the doorway into the nursery when only she was on duty…” Fluffy started.
