Jul. 13th, 2015 05:06 pmHave contacted, through email, their customer service dept. Had to reset my password because site wouldn't accept my login.
I'm receiving everything the letter says won't be delivered if I don't make these changes.
Changed my login information for this site since I couldn't get in through the normal login, which happens with some of the sites if I don't do business with them often. I think my account goes inactive.
To edit either my Kindle or my personal email addresses, the screen has them both on the left hand side, contrary to this received email from Ms Abbott.
Thought it odd that; Ms. Abbott's and my email service providers are the same (it's a hold over from a few site sales until the larger internet company finally bought it), and the message came as a document that needed to be viewed or downloaded to be read. I did not download.

We noticed that when you created your customer account on the Amber Quill Press website, you entered your Kindle email address in the regular email address field. Please note that there is a special field in which you can enter your Kindle email address and it is labeled as such. That is the only place where you should enter the Kindle address. In the other email address field, on the left side of the screen, you should enter your personal email address. If you do not, you will not receive any of the messages generated by our website. This includes our newsletter, receipts for your order, and any eBooks you’re sending to your device as email attachments.
At your earliest convenience, please edit your customer account profile so your personal email address is entered in the field on the left side of the screen, and your Kindle email address is entered in the field on the right side of the screen.

Notice that Ms. Abbott claims to be 'An Owner of Amber Quill Press, LLC' Looking at the site 'About Us', there is no Laura Abbott listed. Maybe employees own stock but there's nothing on the site.
