Gardening using gel contents from diapers

Okay probably not considered organic gardening, my horticulture education cringed, but it does use *grins* 'All purpose' gardening soil.
I just MIGHT know a place where I can get some 'gently used' diapers to try this. Um recycling? Urea is a natural fertilizer.
