“Anthony!” The deep blue car had swerved evading a squirrel of all things. It had been long hours before they released Anthony to him from the hospital with only a concussion. Once an hour he was supposed to wake Anthony and check him for disorientation.

James smiled starting with a kiss. That part of Anthony knew what was happening, waking to perkiness. The “James” that resulted was slightly slurred but the hand in his hair was firm, holding him where he was. James stopped.

“If you don’t continue what you started …” Ah, that sentence was clearly spoken, grinning James continued.

Title: The Voyeurs (R, m/m, series)

The red bird sat monitoring, while eating its breakfast dragonfly. James adjusted the binoculars and groaned softly. “Careful, love, go slower or we’ll chase him away.”

Anthony hummed what could have been agreement, looking up at James through his lashes. A coy smile might have been evident if his mouth weren't busy. James groaned again, withdrawing slightly but a skillful distracting finger made redundant any larger movements.

It was a game they played. Anthony had bought a bird feeder and a beautiful garden had grown up. There were plenty birds to watch. The trick was to not scare them off.

One of those days

I'm using Face Book to find out how people I know weathered the storm. My Librarian finally showed up. Of course she does have a swimming pool and considering my neighbor across the street had a large trampoline land in hers and I had someone's wind turbine (one of those whirligigs on your house roof to take out heat from the attic) show up in my backyard (not one of mine)....
Was looking at the power company's website map online and there was a triangle near her neighborhood meaning power outages. So why wouldn't she be on Face Book.
There were at least 4 large trees down my street that split down the middle, all on the same side of the street. None of them did damage to any of the homes, well other than a rain gutter on one. Am looking suspiciously at my voluteer trees along the fence line that I was going to trim down away from the power lines and then there's the one that shades the car when it's parked beside the house. hmmm. Mulberry. hmmm .
Weatherman was warning as the storm rolled in that the winds were 70 to 90 to 100 mph. Straight line winds then it put down a small tornado after bypassing us. Moved through fast. Son was telling me that a branch was floating down the street at one point. Did not hear the trees going down. Too much thunder and storm.

Title: Oh the Possibilities (R, m/m, series)

It wasn’t often that Anthony got the inclination or opportunity, with James you had to be quick or he’d think of something wonderfully distracting. Looking at the expanse of naked man tied down on their bed, plastic sheet discretely hidden under a sheet that wasn’t altogether new and acted as the perfect camouflage, he surveyed the possibilities.

James had the most perfect ass on him, Anthony thought, running a finger down the line between pale plump cheeks. Cheeks currently clenching playfully but a few little nibbles and some warm oil massaged in and then… Anthony had a very creative mind.

Title: What’s in a Name (PG, m/m, series)

It was ubiquitous utilitarian grey, James thought, but to Anthony, who cared about these things, it was some exotic name like Xanadu. Not stone or old cement or even dove grey but Xanadu. James shrugged and then smiled; all greys were grey in the dark. He didn’t care what color the carpeting was as long as it was soft under foot and didn’t rub skin off any part of Anthony while he was fucking him. They could always accessorize with colorful pillows in Amethyst, Jade, Vermilion or even that Zaffre blue that looked a lot like Ultramarine.
