Prompt: Bow
The rocking waves as the bow of the boat passed by, tall white sails fully belled with wind, made him look up. Harris smiled, likening it to a noisy car muffler used to say, ‘Look at me. Notice me.’
His smile turned to contempt as a bottle was thrown into the water and as the litter floated towards him, he reached to pull it out.
There was a message rolled up inside the bottle, the lettering positioned on the outside of the paper and easily read through the clear plastic.
Drinks tonight?
Club bar.
Later, clothing optional.
