Okay it wasn't quite that creepy but the logo on the side had a woman with her arms raised in a weight lifters cheer um cheering and the words, Give blood and be strong.
There was no one in sight from the outsider of the bloodmobile.
They weren't taking donations until an hour after I left, which might explain that lack of people sighting.
Or it could be that even with the sky being fairly overcast the vampires still couldn't come out.
fyi-- in the U.S. they don't put UV film on side windows so your skin doesn't have any sun protection even if the windows are closed.

Simon, they aren’t really vampires.
Do you see any of them outside? No, I think not.
They aren’t set up to take donations for another 40 minutes, of course they aren’t outside. They’re all inside setting things up.
Snake familiars don’t give blood.
You’re just jealous because vampires' fangs are bigger, not that they're vampires.
Am not.
Are too.
Am not.
Well I’m going to donate.
It would be dangerous. I could inadvertently pass on my snake DNA and create another snake familiar. That would be a surprise for someone and no one there to explain what’s happening. I’m being responsible.
Just come in with me and hold my hand, okay?
That’s all I’m doing, then.
Yes my love, Andy had smiled.
It was a frown he was wearing later though, after he’d explained that Simon wouldn’t bite anyone, he was just there for support curled around Andy's arm in his snake form.
