“Mmmmm,” Andy savored the forkful of quail in his mouth. The menu had said it was served with Sauce Chasseur and he could see and taste the shallots and mushrooms, the tomato sauce; probably puree; could taste the wine in it but what was the herb, basil or parsley?

“Do you think the chef would tell what herbs he used in the sauce?” he whispered to Simon.
Simon just raised an eyebrow at him, “Yeah, probably not.”

“Personally I like my quail fresher than this,” Simon answered.

“Shhh. The server could hear you. Fresher?”

“Still in its shell,” Simon smiled.
